Been trying to do a Mobile deposit, keeps stopping on me. Also half the time, I answer the security questions and they dont work.
So i finally decided to get the app... The website got updated and its way too confusing and unorganized. Dates are scrambled and its very difficult to sort through etc. Anyway i finally download the app hoping its better... But it wont even load. I have good connection yet the app saying im not connected to internetand the app will not open at all. You'd think it would work better considering its advertised all over the radio now....
For the past 2 months I haven't been able to use the app it pops up a screen saying "Error loading data: please check your internet connection and restart the application. Please contact your financial institution if you have any questions." I have unlimited data and also have tried using a WiFi area and it still won't work. I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app and it works only one time and then it won't work again; is there something wrong with the app!!
